"Almost A Sister"

Here is BrookLynn and Savannah. Of course Brookie couldn't keep her hands off this baby, and only gave the rest of us short turns. She was imagining the whole time what it would be like. She said she wouldn't trade Sammy, but still wishes she had a sister.

Down on the Farm

We had a great visit with Grandad and Grandma T. at the farm. It was great to be there again, and what a beautiful day! The little boys had fun playing with the dog, and Jacob thinks it's "no fair" that in Utah people still can have pumpkins on their porch. ( Ours went bad in 12 hours. ) We had a tractor ride with Grandad, and Grandma T. filled us all up with the best spaghetti and meatballs EVER! We also left with a few treasures from the farm; canned goods from Grandma T. and a couple of pine cones from Jacob's pockets in the dryer on Monday morning!

Catch Of the Day

Right down the street is a large open desert, Jeffrey's favorite hang-out. This morning there was no school, so he and his buddies left at 5:30 a.m. hoping to see a few coyotes. They had a lot of fun, but still no sign of the elusive pups. All he ended up with was this baby tarantula. Thank goodness he didn't eat it or bring it home!

"Yup, I can sit up too!"

Today was the first day that Sammy was sitting a lot all on his own. In the morning I had the Boppy behind him just incase, but by the end of the day, he just wasn't tipping over. He's really good at getting his balance just before he goes down. Of course the kids think this is just wonderful, especially Jeffrey.

A Tooth!!!

Samuel debuted his first tooth yesterday in Sacrament meeting.

What a good Boy, already practicing good personal hygene!

"B-A-B-Y That spells fun!"

Sammy LOVES his new high chair. It's great because he can reach all his toys, pick them up and drop them and reach them again. He usually attracts quite the crowd when he is happily playing there, we just sit around watching and smiling. ( So much for the new chair helping Mommy get anything done! ) Anyway, we thought we'd invite you to the "Sammy Show" - Prepare to smile back at your computer screen, you just can't help it!

A New Cousin

Here is Savannah Vilate Tanner. She is my sister Sarah's baby, and brings our total cousin count to 29!
