Glen had a training meeting to attend in San Diego last weekend, so after 10 grueling days of school, we took an early Labor Day. Our first hotel suite was less than sweet. We had all eight of us in one room where they had out up a wall in the middle of the room making is SUPER small! The next morning we headed out to the Marriot! It was a happy exchange! I felt so frazzeled when we arrived there, but the man who opened my door just smiled and said. "We are going to make life easy for you!" I LOVE that guy, but Jeffrey loved the bell hop guy. Thanks to my California native friend Kacy for pointing us to the most family friendly beach. The kids had such a great time. Berkeley talked in nothing less than a full scream the entire time. Can you tell he was excited?
I need to tell you something... Sam has got a belly button... belly button oh, oh, no, no, no, a belly butttoooon! (singing in my mind to Veggie Tales)
